What if it Breaks??
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry 100%. In the unlikely event your bracelet should break within six months, we will restring it for free (excluding shipping).

If your bracelet is broken or needs repaired after six months of ownership, there is a $7.50 restringing charge per broken strand, plus the cost of return shipping.

What if it is the Wrong Size?? You have 30 days to return the item back to Kay Wiggins Jewelry Beads & Gifts for one complimentary resizing. Please include the exact size needed (down to ¼ inch.) If you prefer to mail your bracelet to us, please include $5.85 for return shipping and handling. It is also a good idea on expensive jewelry to mail it insured. Any other changes to the original order will have a nominal fee. Please call for information regarding additional charges. 1-877-973-2220

Care & Cleaning Instructions Keep out of bleach and chlorine. Lotions and hairspray will discolor the beads. Wipe with a polishing cloth once a week or more if necessary. Jewelry may also be cleaned with liquid jewelry cleaner.

Please keep in mind that, due to the unique release dates of the WebKinz, each pre-order should be ordered separately if you want the earliest possible delivery. (otherwise, your order will be held until we receive all of the WebKinz you ordered.)

Your credit card will be processed when you place the order.  No COD’s permitted.  Processing your pre-order transaction allows us to validate your order. This helps us reduce fraudulent transactions, while giving our honest WebKinz customers the opportunity to pre-order the items that otherwise would have been reserved for the fraudulent user. Thank you for your understanding.

All WebKinz are non-refundable due to the nature of the item. Webkinz pets with opened or used tags cannot be returned.  By submitting this order, you agree to these terms.

Shipping WebKinz™
All WebKinz™ orders are shipped USPS by priority mail.

If the buyer chooses not to select the insurance options, the buyer assumes all responsibility once package is shipped.

Kay Wiggins Jewelry Beads & Gifts is proud to offer you an unconditional 14-day return policy (this even includes customized name bracelets!) We want nothing less than complete satisfaction and delight in our jewelry from our customers!

If for any reason you would like to return it, just postmark the return package within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you 100% of the merchandise cost. Shipping costs are not refundable for obvious reasons.
