How do I order from KWJ Wholesale?
Our website is available 24 hours a day and you may place your order online. Click a category on the left to start your order..Orders may also be faxed at 316-941-3780 or emailed to wholesale@kaywigginsjewelry.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may also phone in orders Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time. If you prefer to phone your order in, we request that you already have it written down – quantity first, then item number. How long will it take to receive my order?
. Wholesale orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
Do I need a Sales Tax Certificate to buy from KWJ Wholesale?
. Only Kansas residents are required to provide a copy of their Retail Sales Tax Certificate. If you would like to purchase wholesale and live in the state of Kansas, please fax or email us a copy at Fax: 316-941-3780, or wholesale@kaywigginsjewelry.com.
How would I find out about getting a retail sales tax certificate?
. If you are interested in obtaining a retail sales tax certificate in the state of Kansas you would need to do the following
- Call the Kansas Department of Revenue at 785-368-8222
- Or visit www.ink.org/public/kdor to obtain information about acquiring a certificate.
What is your return policy ?
. Returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender.
- Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt. Be sure to check your order when it arrives! No returns will be honored after 10 days.
- Items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on individual pieces.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Goods must be packed in a box or heavily padded mailer. We do not accept goods damaged in return shipping. We will automatically reject any items received in regular envelopes.
We do not accept returns of special order items, used goods, or sale items.
