Returns must meet all of the following requirement or they will be returned to sender:

• Items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt. Be sure to check your order when it arrives! No returns will be honored after the 10 days.
• A copy of the original invoice must accompany items.
• Items must be in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on individual pieces.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Goods must be packed in a box or heavily padded mailer. We do not accept goods damaged in return shipping. We will automatically reject any returns received in regular envelopes.

We do not accept returns of special order items, used goods, or sale items.
